Whitney is so wonderful ! She is what a manager should be in every way! Today she made me feel and look beautiful when I was having a SOS kind of day! Whitney came through for me !

I was going to just get my hair washed and dried but I met one of the best stylist that I have ever had that went above and beyond on my shampoo and my hair was done with patience and it looked great!! Ranada is my new favorite stylist as she was everything you could want in a hair care experience!

Took my toddler for a haircut.
1. I understand that being quick helps them to make more money.
2. I understand toddlers arent easy.
HOWEVER, if she had allowed for a minute for me to calm my son down, this wouldve not been such an awful experience. She started and wouldnt take breaks. From sitting down to out the door was 5 minutes. Had she spent a little time letting him get used to the situation he wouldve calmed. I know this because this is not the first haircut hes ever had. End hair cut is not what I asked for, and does not look good. And shes supposedly the manager, thats poor service.
Dont take your littles, shouldve trusted my gut.
