      image Beware of their up sell tactics. I went to send a box to my son, dont need to get there in a hurry so asked for the most economical rate. Initial quote was over $300! and when I balked at that she SLOWLY chipped away until we got down to less than $50 but it took me continuously asking is that ground with no rush? and her being annoyed. She got even with me though because she checked signature required so he had to be there. And it arrived the day that was quoted as the $300 guaranteed day.

      image This is, hands-down, the most wonderful UPS Store. I live in New Orleans, and I purposely wait to mail off/return anything at UPS Stores there if I know Im coming to Orange Beach soon to visit my family and my mailings can wait until then. Every employee encounter is happy, speedy, and all-around, top-notch customer service. In addition, as a small side note, I dont know what other peoples experiences are/if they are the same, but the UPS Store in NOLA charges for boxes to mail back your Amazon returns; however, this UPS Store doesnt, and I truly appreciate not having to pay $6 for a mailing box (per Amazon return label, at that).

      image Sam was one of the most patient, calm-under-pressure, humorous customer service representatives I've ever met. She was handling a line of customers that stretched to the door - as the only employee working...with grace and a smile. And despite all of that, she helped me get a number of items printed in record time. Kudos Sam and UPS!!!

      image We were in a bind and needed a document printed, signed, and scanned while on vacation. The lobbys printer was out of ink so we called around, and when we called this location we were immediately told email it! Ill have it printed and ready. We got there and there was a single worker, Sam, who was busting her butt to quickly help every customer there. She got us in and out in less than 10min, and in the time our document was printing and being scanned she helped 3-4 other customers with ease. She provided phenomenal service to us, as well as the people in there with us. Def recommend using this UPS for services If youre in the area and need printing, shipping, or other services they can offer!
