Purchased an arrangement for a memorial a week in advance to be delivered and it updated to arranging your order now around noon on the delivery date come to find out that it was never delivered, now they are closed along with the customer service line and no update to my order. Worst $100 bucks Ive ever spent, never again! Never even got a call or update that it may run late or be rescheduled

Ordered strawberries, ballons, a card, and flowers for my wife to pickup at this location. Being that Im traveling I could not be there to get the items. Not wanting to ruin the surprise of what I got her, i didnt tell her what all she was supposed to pick up and figured the store would give her everything I ordered. Nope my wife calls and thanks me for the strawberries and the card. They never gave her the flowers or the balloons so I asked if she could go back to get them. She drives back, informs them they missed stuff. They give her the flowers and sends her out again. I tell her they forgot the balloons so again she goes back and the insisted they gave them to her and wanted to argue with my wife about what they gave her. Horrible customer service. Horrible organization management.

UPDATE!!!
Just replying to your comment on my review. I do not think Im perfect by any means; however, I am respectful and professional. All I wanted was a little concern. Thank you for the offer of the $200 gift card but I will decline it. I never wanted anything free. It is not about that. Because of your disrespect, you have again lost another costume.

Terrible and unexceptable!!! I showed up to pick up my order that the owner took and it wasnt there! Neither was he! The employee that showed up when I did didnt know anything about it. This was my first and last trip. I will not be going back.
Looks like I should have read the reviews.

I just recently had a terrible experience at the Opelika location. I placed an order yesterday morning and was told, by the gentleman, that I could pick it up at 4pm. When I arrived to pick it up the door was locked. Finally a lady showed up and informed me that she did not have an order for me. She checked the back and in the computer and there was nothing. Needless to say I left very upset and almost hurt. I was on the way to a function with nothing in hand thanks to this company. All I got was a ..... sorry. Well I'm sorry also. Sorry did not fix my problem. No attempt was made to fix my problem. I just can not support a local business that works this way. I attempted to contact the BBB but it looks like this business is not approved. I also read the reviews on line to find out that there are many terrible reviews....if only I had read them first. Again, terrible and unexceptable. That was my first and last visit.
Do no call me due to the fact that I do work 12 hr days in the Emergency Room. Email only please.
