We had a 30+ year old bathtub and shower that needed replacing. We didn't know who to contact. My husband filled out survey about remodeling and we got a call. Ben E. design consultant came out was great in explaining everything. We signed contract that day. Within 2 days later we got call for appointment to start construction. Ken K. and A.J. C. came out to replace tub and shower into walk in shower. They were on time started the project and explained everything they were doing. They were absolutely percent great. The project took one day to complete. It was amazing how beautiful the walk in shower turned out. Mike F. stopped by to see how things were going and if we had any questions. He was great as well. We would highly recommend West Shore Home for any replacement or update. This company is amazing and the employees we have had contact with are also amazing. They want the customer to be happy before leaving. Thanks ok we really appreciate the hard work yall have done and we are absolutely happy.

James smithey and Michael Garren was very polite and explain everything before they got started. After they finished they went over in detail how to take care of my shower. Clean everything up .

Nathan Musto and Joe Smithey were very professional and informative. They worked straight through the day till complete. Finished product was so satisfactory, The salesman Josh Voss was also very kind and answered all questions and grave out correct information. Reccomend their services for shower or bath. It is not a complete remodel but such a great start.
