This store was a clean,neat,and orderly store however the 3 sales staff that were present were extremely disrespectful and seemed to be a little bit racial towards me upon my entrance in the door and they made some must have been inside remarks to one another at this time. I came into this store because it is the closest one near my residence and I was wanting to see about a upgrade. There was only 2 customers in the store myself and 1 other person,there was 3 employees behind the counter and one asked what I needed so I said I was wanting to see about a upgrade on my phone and From this point that is all that was said to me I was totally and completely ignored and I stood there for at least 20 minutes until my girlfriend came in and said to m that my boss lady had called and said she was broke down on East Blvd by Sam's and I was extremely happy she did because I felt very comfortable and and disrespected standing there f bust to be ignored so i was glad I had t go. I am not interested in any upgrades with T-Mobile at this time and hell no I woudgt recommend this slljjhhhhhjjjj00p

I had to worst experience with this store. I purchased a new phone with the associate and was offered a free apple watch. However, all of the information regarding the payments of the watch was never provided to me. Im stuck now paying for an additional bill that I shouldve never received. Also, the manager didnt take it upon himself to assist with the situation at all. I honestly want to cancel my service and never deal with T-mobile ever again.
