      image Rude and said they couldnt trade a separate rented item for another separate rented item, but then they did because they got a shirt wrong. they had to trade it. the separate rented item. so you can when YOU make a mistake that was easily avoidable but when we need a different tie its impossible? it makes no sense and its extremely inconvenient and stressful for no reason.
