Joey and the staff at Thomas Piano were such a pleasure to work with! We ordered a Steinway and Sons from them and had the absolute BEST experience! They were very communicative, efficient, and honest. We look forward to shopping with them in the future and recommending Thomas Piano to all of our friends and family! I ended up not using their services, but the owners wife was so kind on the phone, and their son was super helpful as we discussed his piano delivery service. They didnt know me but made me to feel as if we were old friends. Really nice people.

Great service! I called multiple places for comparison. So glad I went with Thomas prompt moving with no problems. He and his assistant went above and beyond their duty to assist us in moving our piano. Thanks !

Mr. Thomas spent a lot of time tuning, lubricating and repairing my 40 year old piano that hasn't been played since 1979. He is very good at his job and worked from the minute he arrived until he was finished (took about 2 hours). I highly recommend Mr. Thomas and his piano services. He is amazing.
