The finished repair was $1,000.00 over the estimate and I was not notified until the truck was ready. I never received a phone call, email, text telling me that there would be an additional 1,000.00 dollars to pay when the truck was done. After spending over $10,000.00 on an engine, the check engine light came on a few days later and they wanted another $500.00 to repair. I told them no thank you and they charged me over $100.00 just to check it.

After waiting 5 months for the parts for my recalls on my Grand Cherokee I was able to schedule an appointment to have them installed. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am yesterday. I was told that it would be ready that afternoon and I asked to please make sure I had it back by then. At 4:15 that afternoon the service department called and told me they havent started on it yet. I was promised it would be ready by mid morning the next day. At 11:00 I called since no one called me as promised and I was told it still wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready until 2:00 pm. I missed my volunteer job because of this and had to call someone in to cover for me. I was never offered a vehicle to drive even though my car was kept overnight. I still dont have my car back and I dont have much faith that it will be ready at 2:00. This will,be my last visit to Brewbaker.

I trust the owners and management at Brewbaker. Do they always hit a homerun? No, but I know they are in the game for the right reasons. They truely care about their reputation and customers.
