I called to ask about my policy bill a while back, not only did she not answer, she also did not call back when she said she would. Coincidentally when I called Allstate, I was connected to with her again and she asked if I was the same customer and hung up the phone. Still havent heard back from her. Need a new agent ASAP.

I submitted paperwork over two months ago to lower the cost of my monthly payments, however the paperwork was NOT submitted until today!!! Rebecca nor her employees apologized for the mishap due to them failing to do their jobs, once again. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT recommend this branch of Allstate to anyone as Rebecca is always too busy to deal with HER clients, let alone to do her job properly. This is the THIRD time Ive had an issue with Rebecca Chastain and her agents due to issues with my account. The only times that they have EVER tried calling me back (as they originally stated they would but failed to do so) was after I failed her on multiple surveys, re-voicing my issues that Id already made aware in the office and over the phone with her agents. Currently searching for a new insurance company.
