I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for delivery. My bottles are still sitting outside after 2 weeks.
No one answers the phone.
I've been charged also for no water. About to have to cancel. This is ridiculous.
They've canceled delivery 3 times already and still no word.

Thank You Kentwood Springs for making it possible for us to receive our drinking water in our area. Kentwood Springs has been delivering our water for many years and we greatly appreciate all their efforts to make our deliveries timely. We have not run out of water once since using their services. Our delivery man even delivered our water during a tropical storm. We were happy to see him and he assured us he did not put himself in harms way. Kentwood Springs has also made great stride with their website. They have made our online experience for billing and payments much more efficient.

Our delivery guy, Le'Von, is the absolute greatest. He is always friendly and very helpful. My staff and I appreciate being able to have Kentwood water in our office. Keep up the good work!!!
