I am a new resident who has been living in the complex for a little over two weeks- since the day I moved in my dishwasher has had sitting water in it and has been unusable due to not draining. I have had to contact the front office over 12 times and it is still not fixed.

I was a resident here for a year from 2022 to 2023 and while I did love it here, there was a rent increase for nearly $200 a month. I really did enjoy the staff and I especially thank Taylor for everything from helping me move in to seeing all of my options before I inevitably moved out. Again the place was very homey but the rent increase was almost a slap in the face.

Maintenance nvr fixed anything. Office nvr did anything about noisy neighbors. Outdated
