We submitted a request for a car magnet design via email but when we picked it up it didn’t match what we submitted. The manager re-printed the magnets with the right design and had them ready for pick up within one hour at no additional cost and was very helpful.

The only reason I give 5 stars is only because of one person and only one person, Penny. They built a sign for my gas station and it was something wrong with it. I contacted Steve and he promised to fix the problem. after couple of weeks he even did not pick up his phone and he never returned our call back. I contacted the store and spoke to Penny on the phone. she fixed our problem as fast as she could. she kept me as a customer and only because of her, I might go back there. It is so disrespectful when you do not pick up your phone on a customer who tipped you $100.00 for another job couple of months ago Steve. you should learn the customer service from Penny, how to do your job, keep your customers in this market and making sure they are happy.

I wish you guys the best in your business as well, also in case nobody get it in a wrong way, my project didn't assigned to another team by you, My project got ignored by you for 2 weeks same as my 4 phone calls and voicemails, So I decided to call the shop instead of your cellphone to resolve the issue and thanks god Penny fixed my problem.
