image I am a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Palmer-Hill, her office is closed on Fridays so her answering service had Dr. Williamson call me back (on-call dentist). Ive been having intense pain for several days in my molar (#3). I saw Dr. Palmer yesterday (Thursday), she did an x-ray, examined me, and referred me to an endodontist to have a root canal. Unfortunately, the earliest root canal is scheduled for next Tuesday, and the pain is unbearable. Well, let me tell you that dealing with this DOCTOR Williamson over the phone was WORST than dealing with my tooth ache. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, he first asks me what is going one with me, I start explaining to him how Ive been in pain and seen Dr. Palmer and he CUTS me off and says how can I help you maam?, so I tell him I need something stronger for pain as the Tylenol and Motrin that I am taking every 4 hours is not helping and he says you need an antibiotic I tried to explained to him that Dr. Palmer told me that based on the X-ray she did not see any area that may look like an infection in that tooth but he kept cutting me off! He kept saying you need antibiotic and then maybe a root canal, well, he never gave me the chance to TALK to tell him that I had one schedule for Tuesday but need help in the meantime with PAIN control. This is the perfect example of a doctor that do not listen, and is plain RUDE, WOW, I am 49 years old and this is the first time that I write a review on a doctor or dentist. BEWARE. He finally said he would call tramadol for pain and the antibiotic but refused to answer any questions I had. After an hour of so I got a call from a nice lady from his office to confirm the prescriptions being filled, at least she was nice. I see previous reviews that may indicate he discriminates; I am Hispanic and have a slight accent but that does not give him the right to mistreat people. I FELT MISTREATED by this man.

The primary reason someone experiences tooth pain that requires endodontic treatment is an infection that may or may not be visible on a x-ray. Antibiotics are often prescribed to treat the infection that is at the source of the pain. NSAIDs and acetaminophen are the preferred pain medications for dental pain. Patients reach out to doctors for medical advice and treatment. It is not mistreatment when the patient disagrees with the advice they are given. Our office does not discriminate an any manner and any such accusations are baseless.

image I had appointment on yesterday at 9am. First time going there. Plus I came over a 100 & something miles to see the dentist. When I got there this young lady at the front telling me. We might be a see you...Since, you a few minutes besides 9am....I told the ladies up front I'm coming from a long ways & I gotta find you all. I guess that meant nothing. Then, later I was called to the back. Where this assistant placed me in a room. Then, she looked in my mouth... Well, the dentist will be with you shortly...On her way out of the room. She ran into another young Lady...I could hear her telling the other young Lady... Her mouth smells awful & it's horrible... That's not PROFESIONAL! What she think I was there for?. Because, it smells good....These little girls need find them something else if they are not able to work with odor...They knew what field you were in . NEED TO BE MORE PROFESIONAL & STOP TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE IN THERE FACES... Other than that..The dentist was very friendly and nice ...

image I would highly advise anyone of color to stay away from this dentist and office. The dentist refused to treat me , and wouldnt give a valid reason why he couldnt.I will be making a complaint against the dentist for discrimination!

We treat everyone one the same regardless of who they are. On the same day appointment, treatment was offered for exactly what was requested.
