I called AlaCoast on Tues., 9/28/21 around 9 AM for business insurance. I spoke to someone that was going to send me an email in order for me to reply with the specifications that I needed to sell trademarked college apparel. I found an email on their website and sent a note at 10:49 AM. We emailed back and forth until I requested a call on the morning of 9/29/2021. After finishing paperwork, I was told that it shouldnt take too long. It is now the night of Thursday, Oct 7 and they still couldnt provide me business insurance. My response after each email was that it was still waiting approval from underwriting.

Called and spoke with Lisa, I am helping to start up a new business which can be extremely difficult and she was able to explain everything in a way that made it seem simple, and also quoted me over the phone. Excellent.
