I made an appointment for 7 am on a Wednesday to have an oil change, tire rotation and software update for the radio. I called late afternoon to see when the truck would be ready and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would even look at my truck. What was even the point of making an appointment of my truck was just going to sit in their parking lot for 3 days, I could have driving my truck for those 3 days. An appointment is supposed to mean you have reserved your spot in line and that is you position. Kind of like making a doctor's appointment and then you sit in their office for 3 days for your turn which would be stupid.

From my first interaction with my car salesman (Bo Lambert) online to the time I drove away in my new vehicle, I was well pleased. My experience at U-J Chevrolet was very smooth and stressless. I explained what I was looking for and my salesman along with the finance manager worked diligently to get me the best offer that I couldn't resist. I want to truly thank both gentlemen for their professionalism and knowledge. I love my new vehicle! I will definitely refer these gentlemen and U-J Chevrolet to others who are in the market to purchase a new vehicle.
