Evidently Central House has a illegal unwritten policy with Tri-State Towing in which cars are being towed from the Visitors Lot and taken to Irvington, Alabama.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS,
These apartments are completely unfunctional, and please believe the "GOOD REVIEWS are FROM MGT> trying to make themselves look good, first, MOVE IN DAY over 60% of the apartments were not ready, the office was full of enraged tenants, appliances did not work, TV did not work, Staff and Maintenance are NEVER AVAILABLE and NEVER DO or RESPOND like they say they will (THET LIE), you will wait at least 2-3 months before everything addressed, and nothing is ever completely addressed, I still had inoperable things in apartment, when I moved. THIS IS THE WORST EVER,...Its Cheap for a Reason. They are not even capable of prepared to handle any situation on Weekends because they Never have staff that Know anything or Managers available if anything should occur. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The apartments still have Mold in them. What you see online, and the Unit they show you when you visit is NOTHING like the one you get. I really hope that you don't believe that this place is anything more than half star rated.I'm sure they have to get people or either bribe them to post positive comments, and they use management for that, or give out discounts, because I did not meet anyone that was satisfied with this Complex

I absolutely do not recommend living here at all!!! First off, when I first moved in August 2021, there was a disgusting and dangerous amount of mold within my bathroom. I reached out on several occasions and submitted work orders to be done and it took them about 7-8 MONTHS to finally come and fix the problem. Not to mention, they came and "changed" our thermostat when there was nothing wrong with it and now it goes up by itself causing the utility bill to increase. These apartments are not worth what is being charged at all. They are also not renter-friendly. They WILL NOT work with you with any payments and do not try to work with their residents if they are having payment issues. The ONLY good thing about staying here is how close it is to campus, other than that I truly wish I would've never signed a lease here and this will most certainly be my last time staying here.

Great place to live for someone new to the area. Very affordable with pretty good amenities. The staff is amazing as well with great customer service and pretty good response time to maintenance issues.
