Terrible place since the new owners took over. I've lived here for 4 years, and tried to renew my lease 3 times before I could actually get it typed out, it took them 2 months to even give me the lease so I could sign, and still charged me the month to month rate. On top of that, it is requirement to have renters insurance that covers $100,000... Their laundry section hardly ever works, clothes come out ruined, they charge double what you'd pay at any laundry mat... My water heater went out one day, and I asked if someone could look at it, three days later the thermostat went out and have yet to get the water heater fixed... I asked again, then two days later they sent someone to check while I was at work, and left a note saying that they checked it. Thinking it was fixed I tried to run a shower only to find out it nor the AC was fixed... I ended up having an electrician come in and fix it for me because the complex apparently lacks the mental fortitude to do so.
I am warning you now, avoid this place like the league, once good now awful, and over priced!!!

i needed a pet friendly studio and found this place in July. Ashley has been great to work with and she always answers me super quick if I need her. Studios are really hard to find in Mobile and I love it here so far. The units have older carpet unless you go for a remodeled unit which will cost you a little more. I have seen both units and the remodeled looks a lot nicer but I chose to save money each month and threw a big rug down. Neighbors all seem nice and I feel safe walking my dog at night and in thr early morning.
