Great place to call home! We moved from out of state and stayed here until we bought a house. Jessi (the manager) is fantastic as well as the maintenance staff. Quick to resolve issues and always looking out for and doing "extra" the residents. Great amenities and VERY Pet friendly! Would highly recommend!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They run a clean/quiet community but give you the "run-around" when it comes to appliance repair. I was renting a washer and dryer from them; however, my washer was broken from the day I moved in and has not been repaired or replaced. I submitted a work-order and the technician from the complex came by and suggested that I use smaller loads even though the drum is broken and detached from the housing of the washer. The technician said that they will contact the rental company, but as weeks went by I realized that they had closed out the work order and my washer was/is still broken. They also want you to use autodraft to pay the rent (and preemptively charge you if they think you are a day late); I opted not to sign up as you have no control if they decide to charge you twice as you move out.
