      image My boyfriend and I stayed here as a last minute get out of the house. We stayed at another hotel in Birmingham the night before. SureStay was cleaner, more updated, had a microwave and a fridge not to mention a nice continental breakfast. I was VERY impressed! Check in was super easy! The only thing that needed improvement is the parking availability.

      image Booked over phone, but when we arrived they didn't actually have the type of room we asked for, so I slept on the floor.
      Night receptionist was a bit defensive about the room reservation over the phone with their headquarters, since she didn't have what we asked for (non-smoking, pet-friendly, two beds), but she gave me extra bedding, so not a complete disaster.
      Convenient location. Clean room for being pet-friendly.

      image Put me on do not rent list due to discrimination staff unfriendly rooms smell like smoke stay at red roof instead it's cheaper and nicer!!

      We respect everyone equally. Nobody in any hotel gets put on a Do Not Rent list for bias reasons; people are put on that list due to lack of respect towards the people or the property. Thanks for your understanding!
