I have been seeing Doctor Jon Krichev for at least 15 years. My mother, father, brother, brother in law, husband, 2 sons, daughter in law, 2 grandchildren and 5 other people who are like family to us all see Doctor Jon and Doctor Alicia. I think that says it all. Absolutely wonderful doctors(all 3 of them) and the staff have always been so good to me and very helpful.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Jon and Alicia for over 10 years now.
Such an amazing family and office they provide !!
Extremely professional. They take their time in answering any and all questions.
The staff at Cove are friendly and make me feel like family. Thank you again !

If you are looking for a Doctors office I HIGHLY suggest you RUN somewhere else. Cove Family and Sports Medicine’s office is absolutely horrible. They do not have a phone line, you have to leave a voice mail and wait for a return call for EVERYTHING. This morning one rude office employee hung up on my husband huffing and puffing because she had been inconvenienced with his medical emergency. Two hours later still no returned call (you can’t call them back.) Finally he went up there just to get an answer to this question. We also learned today some of his medical records were missing and when we asked for a copy... “they couldn’t do it today it would be a few days” but we paid for a copy today. Doctors affiliated with this office have always been wonderful to him. However the staff is poorly managed, entitled, and rude.
