Bought a LG refrigerator at Lowes recently and will never purchase another appliance from them again. One week after it was delivered I called to ask for an adjustment to the small second drawer. It wasnt installed properly on delivery, very hard to open and close, the guy who set it up said it would work better after some use. He obviously didnt want to spend time working on it. Lowes told me it was out of warranty . ! Really, a week later ?! They sent some guy out today and he didnt have a clue . Kept saying it is working fine and they cant do anything about it. So, take your chances but their customer service is nonexistent.

I purchased a bathroom vanity (and vanity top) from the Lowes at 10050 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL.
The total cost was over $1,000.00.
One week later, I realized both items were damaged.
I spoke with two managers at this location and sent six photos (and a writeup with all the details).
I told them it looked like both items were damaged in production.
One manager texted give me a chance to see what I can do.
In the end, neither manager got back with me (or attempted to make anything right).
Ive been left with a vanity and top that looks like amateur hour (as one of my neighbors stated).
The lower cabinetry is dented, uneven, and damaged; the drawers do not line up; the doors do not come together evenly.
And the vanity top is scratched and damaged underneath the clear varnish.
I reached out several times (for a period of months); I asked if anything could be done.
I'd been planning to remodel my entire home (with purchases at Lowes). . . I even got the Lowes credit card.
But since management didnt make anything right, I switched all my purchases to Home Depot.
Im not impressed with the South Parkway location.
One cashier at the customer service desk is particularly rude.
It's as if youre on your own here.
Theres never anyone around to help.
Now, I'll need to rip everything out and redo it... what a waste of my hard-earned money.

I do not recommend this Lowes.
