It's the best place ever!! The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Spent too much money but got everything I was looking for & more!!

The register person when I asked to return my items (still in the boxes unopened) when he didn't find my account said "OH GOD I need a minute. Then when the manager came over he couldn't find my account and started getting snide, and I said fine I can open my bank account and show you the purchase date when I was here and prove I bought it on that day. He said that's not how they do it, I said ok. I said I don't understand how im not in the account because I get stuff from Harbor Fright, he said your not in own system, so I opened my email and started telling him dates of when Harbor Fright sent me receipts for my purchases. I was getting such an attitude and flat refused to help me. I left with my powertools still in the box, and the batteries still in the Harbor Fright bag I left with. These guys are the absolute lowest life forms when it comes to just trying to help someone get what they actually need. I will spend the extra money for a Box Style store so I don't ever have to deal with people like that again.
