Bought a phone today from Jessica and I must say she was attentive, knowledgeable, etc, etc. I could go on and on about how good a job she did to go along with her beautiful smile and fingernails BTW. Great experience

I was having connection issues with my previous carrier, so I checked on Crickets coverage and rates. To be totally honest, I was hesitant to switch to Cricket due to an unpleasant experience in the store, even though the rates were good, until I went back the following morning and dealt with Alexis. (Located in Gadsden on Meighan Blvd.) Alexis was not only extremely helpful, but patient, kind, honest, and is a pleasure to deal with. BECAUSE of Alexis and her friendly, caring personality, I decided to stay with Cricket. I am pleased with the service I have received from Alexis and from Cricket's coverage and prices, so yes, I would recommend Cricket based on these reasons and my personal experience with Alexis. She is truly an asset to this company and store !!!
