I truly cannot say enough about the staff here. My Fiancé & i came in at the beginning of June to upgrade & add a line. There was some issue getting everything going, but thank goodness for Linda. She fought tooth & nail to get us what we wanted, she spent a good hour on the phone talking on our behalf. Yesterday, my fiancé went back to add an Ipad to our account & the same issue happened. (it ended up being a fraudulent past account in my fiancé’s name) I was so happy to see Linda once again because she remembered what happened to us last time. So once again Linda was so professional & kind. She had to call & we finally got that removed from his name. I am so grateful for her professionalism because without her, we wouldn’t been able to get not only our 2 Iphone 12 Max’s but also our new Ipad Pro. It it so refreshing to always see the same faces every time i come in this store. This store clearly not only takes care of their customers, but also they’re staff. Once again thank you so much Linda. She will be the person we go to for everything.
