The food is good. You have to be very very patient to obtain your order, as it takes a very long time to receive it. I called to place an order to go, I was put on hold for over fifteen minutes, I hung up, and called again, my calls were rejected. Service is slow, it's not even worth the effort anymore. Normally go by there before church for breakfast, but service is so slow, we don't have enough time to order and receive. No I'm not satisfied at all, very disappointed. Update on my experience; order of pancakes for my three year old is missing as well as four drinks......last time to go to that dreadful place, never again. Took twenty minutes to pick up a to go order, already sitting there, only missing several items.... pitiful.
