Not impressed with new renovations or hotel in general
Nothing special about free continental breakfast
Expensive for what we got. $170
No nice views
Not centered near downtown Fairhope
Bad Wi-fi service
Pool filthy and not cleaned
Will not be staying here again
Rooms: Cold feeling large and spacious Beds have bed toppers not comfy mattresses just ok
Only one sink and mirror in bathroom
Would have preferred a second sink and mirror to get ready Had 4 in our group
Walkability: Not walkable to anything nice Only a Burger King nearby

Krystal at the front desk was extremely rude. She had an attitude as soon as we walked in & she made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall the rooms were clean and well kept.

Horrible customer service.
Crystal is not pleasant to well work with. As soon as I checked in she was already in a bad mood.

All of the hotel staff as well as the manager are awesome. Crystal at the front desk is always waiting with a smile. She has great customer service skills and makes check in and check out smooth and efficient. She does everything she can to make customers happy with their stay and it is greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The new renovations are nice. Can't wait to see when building one is finished. The only negative of my stay was the loud, rude group of ladies from the church group staying there when I was. They were rude to myself and other guests and to the staff. They didn't represent their church well in their behavior and attitudes. Other than that, perfect stay as always. We will definitely be back.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable modern and updated
Safety: Seems to be a very safe quiet area
