This company was hired by my son and daughter-in-law to survey property. They are young and naive and paid in full before the work began. Still no survey. The only response they get is that “they are dealing with a lot of rain.”This company better get this job done in a timely, professional manner. The parents are staying out off it…for now. Geo Surveying Inc. you have work to do!! Otherwise parents will get involved!! Tic Tock!!

This is a great Company. Have had no issues at all. The surveyor is a very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is a professional for a reason. Yes, the lady who answers the phone is his wife. They are a team. What people dont understand is that she goes out of her way to please clients and even goes above and beyond her job description and duties to help their clients out. She did the same with me and my wife! unfortunately, not everyone understands all the work and time that goes into a lot of the stuff she does for them out of kindness. Dealing with multiple parties and the city takes time. That is the way it goes sometimes. They are a small business, and i know they built it from the ground up. They do not have a big staff. When dealing with small businesses things may not move as quickly as some would like. Of course there will be some clients who are not happy...that goes for every business!! i had to comment to make it very clear that this is AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. Instead of writing the positive things about a business, people tend to only care to share the negative ones. That is the internet for you! People please remember to support our small businesses. Just because a few people had a bad experience with this company does not mean they are a bad business. Just because they are husband and wife does not mean they are scammers. That is by far the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. They have been operating for over 20 years now...they have MANY clients. Mistakes are bound to be made at some point. We are all humans. In fact, when my wife and i dealt with them the lady went above and beyond for us! We appreciate the hard work and professionalism we received. The lady was a genuine, honest person. She was Very friendly with excellent customer service skills. The surveyor is the best around. Ask anyone in our area, and they will say the same. We were referred to them by many different people. We were lucky to find them since we were new to the area. I know when dealing with big jobs, most companies DO REQUIRE half, or all of the payment up front simply because they have to turn away other jobs to make sure they fit that particular job in. If a client decides to back out at the last minute, that puts the business out on jobs, money and time! You are basically committing to them. i would be willing to bet that these few negative reviews were big jobs. I was a business owner myself at one time....so i know how it goes! i just hope that people are smart enough to know not to trust every negative comment they see ONLINE. Just because a few customers were not satisfied, does not mean this is a horrible company..nor does it mean they are scammers. It simply means that not everyone can be satisfied. It is hard for people who have never owned or operated a small business to understand how much work and time goes into a job. i know that first hand. I know i just wrote a book, but i figured i would be honest about my experience with this company. i salute all business owners for the blood, sweat, and tears they put into their work every single day. With everything going on in this world, it is hard for many small businesses to succeed. If you ever need a survey, or simply have a question regarding one i suggest you use this company and see for yourself!! Thank you Geo-Surveying for the work you did for us! Great service! I did find out that a negative comment for another company named Geo (I think GeoTech ?) was on this site. Also if no name, usually it’s not true.
My experience and those that referred me to Geo in FH was great!
I imagine other competitors or individuals can write anything negative about anyone.. that happens to many businesses.

DON’T hire this surveyor. They are scammers, husband and wife. We were asked to pay upfront in full to do the survey which was odd, we thought. However, we decided just to pay them 50% upfront instead. The wife communicated with us up until she received and cashed our check. After that, they stopped communicating all together, phone, email, and postal service. Just like that. They disappeared. No survey. No service. We lost our money. Beware..
