image I have been trying to resolve a store credit issue for over 4 months.
I made a cash purchase of a lovely piece as I was driving through town on my way to New Orleans and, sadly, the piece didnt work.
The owner said I could return it for store credit, so I gave it back and have been trying to buy something else for months. But, without a website and no one to work directly with me to find a suitable item (one person has tried but keeps telling me I have to finalize with someone else who never calls me), the problem persists they have my money and I have nothing but hundreds of unanswered calls and texts.
I wish I could just stop in and work things out but I dont live anywhere near Fairhope!
Anybody have suggestions as to how to bring this matter to a close?
Thanks..

image Have three light fixtures from the owner in my home that she told me she would get the information on and give to me so I could try to resale them. That was two months ago. I've messaged her 6 times without a response and called the shop three times, but she's never been there. I don't know how to address this other than just showing up, but I live in Gulf Shores and can't be bothered that much. Just know this lady isn't overly concerned with helping someone once she's sold to them.
Edit: the owner contacted me the day after I left this review. She helped me with the information I needed, so I am bumping her stars up a little bit.

image You want to love this place, but unfortunately they owner doesn't seem to take pride in this store. I frequently shop in Fairhope and this store has two storefronts in the town. One is seemingly always closed with a note that says to visit the other location. I have been in the other store when the owner had teenagers in the store seemingly moving furniture but just sitting around. The owner couldn't have been more occupied and seemed annoyed to even have customers in the store. This week I stopped back in about 45 minutes before closing (posted that closing is at 5pm on Saturdays). As soon as we open the door and walked in, the owner turned off the lights and yelled out, "WE. ARE. CLOSED." Never again.

image Highly unprofessional. Store owner randomly closes her store an hour early as you walk into the place.
