We were there few days ago around 3:00 pm and the parking lot was slow. There was a kid that took us to the table. As we walk by there was four dirty tables and only one was tips left out. The person that sat next to us waited for over 30 minutes and never got to order food but had drink. No manager was on the floor. The only server was there and on lunch break. Saw us. I dont care if you are the manager and short staff. Then be on the floor and help out. Also if you had truck in you should not let the server to go on break when the truck is there. I feel you need a management change for the restaurant. Applebees need to fired the manager that is lazy to work with the employees. It no poor excuse for the restaurant to be dirty with over 7 tables with plates and order. When I got my food my rice was under cook like they just poured the rice and not cook it. I even put the beer cheese sauce and it did not even taste any better. When we paid over 40$ with two people and took over 30 minutes in all. Never the manager ask us how was our food like the other Applebees we ever go to. When I ask for the manager just say and lie to us about saying it was a rush and I never see the parking lot full at all just a few cars. Again that store have lazy daytime management and never once help out. That restaurant needs the CEO to walk in and see what is going on with the store.

Came here back in January for lunch for my daughters birthday. Only 1 waitress was there. Took forever for them to greet us. Our waitress took our order without writing down anything. This had me worried because there were 6 of us. And just as expected, she got a lot of our orders wrong, and she forgot things as well. Sides were not what we ordered on over half of our orders. Also, they were out of a few different things as well. The food came out cold about an hour later, and the food made all of us sick. The food didn't taste very good either like it would at a good applebees. A few people came in after us, and they sat for over 30 min without a waitress coming, and they wound up leaving. If you are that understaffed, you should just close down for the day. Won't be coming back to this applebees. Hope they got their staffing issue under control.

Waitress was great, but she was only 1 of 2 for the whole restaurant. She needs help corporate.
