This is one of the few times I wish that zero stars were an option. First of all I showed up for my 2pm appointment at 1:45 as told. I wasnt called to the back until 2:30. I did not complain because the two women working the reception desk were absolute angels. The thin, woman with long brunette hair called me to the back and led me to a room. She told me to have a seat and place my chin and forehead to the machine and not one time did she explain what she doing or anything. She then led me to another where we began another exam. After that exam she asked to see my glass. I explained to her that my glasses were broken and handed them to her. She walked out the room with them and I could hear her and someone else outside of the door laughing at the condition of my glasses. When she came back in I explained to her that I understood the condition of my glasses were bad and that was the whole point of my appointment. Yes I havent had an eye exam or new glasses in over five years. Five years ago I became a single mother due loosing my husband. Sometimes as mothers we sacrifice the things we need in order to provide for our children. I even mentioned to Dr. Murray how unprofessional it was for his employee to do what she did. He stated she was just laughing because you glasses were broken well thanks, I can see now why your employee thinks its ok to act so unprofessional ( BECAUSE YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL TOO). My daughter had an appointment schedule there for next week. I had the woman at the front desk cancel it. We will not be returning to that establishment.

The women in the desk very rude since beginning but I expended $ 1000 .00 over there when I comeback to fix the reading glasses and she complains too much

Appointment was scheduled for 9:30 but had to be there at 9:15 since I was a new patient. Was finally seen by technician at 10. Technician did all the preliminary work and was finally seen by doctor. I had a few questions but after my first one was answered flippantly, I decided to forget the rest. I felt the exam was rushed and he didnt have time for other questions. I have never had an eye exam take such a short time by doctor. Could not try on contacts because technician dilated my eyes even though the doctor stated that they dont dilated new contact lense patients eyes. $149 for contact exam in addition to $18 co pay was a little over the top. If my insurance had not covered glasses exam it would have been another $167.00. Not a happy patient!

The doctor & staff were very thorough & answered any question I had. My only major complaint is that I ordered a pair of glasses through them (190$ for the frame, 80$ for the plastic lens, & 180$ for crizal prevencia $450 total) a couple hours after leaving my appointment I asked for a refund because I found the same brand glasses with the same extras & a better warranty for only 168$. They could only refund the frames & not the lenses because the order has already been made although it had only been a couple of hours, I couldnt help but feel robbed

The 2 ladies at the front desk were nice & one of them was helping my boyfriend & I choose some glasses until the manager rudely told her to go back to the front desk. Not to mention we wanted a refund on our glasses order 2 hours later since their markup price is really high, but they said the order was already in & they couldnt cancel it, which is obviously a lie & just ridiculous
