      image Matti was absolutely amazing. I was told by multiple other Zales that my request wasnt possible without being a custom built band. Matti on the other hand Got the item number from the original wedding set. Called the manufacturer they had it made and shipped to the store within five or six weeks, less than she had originally quoted. Melissa and Naima were also great to work with extremely kind and help full. They make things possible that other Zales say is impossible.
