The receptionist name Sophie is extremely rude who cares nothing about our children! Ive never in my life have had an encounter with such an rude person. My children have been going here since my oldest was small and he now 18. Ive been hung up on by this lady and disrespected! If it wasnt for Dr. Morris who is an excellent doctor I would pull my kids out ! Horrible customer service!
