Criket nation deserve no stars ...they are rip offs I paid my bill shy of a quarter..for 25 cents they said i need to pay 55.25 to get phone back on 55.00 charge and only shy A QUARTER

I have been with cricket for years due to no contacts. This is not true. I bought a new phone and now I have no service. I called to get the phone unlocked so I could go with straight talk and they said I had to have the phone for 6 months before they could give me the code to unlock it. Now I have a phone that is fully paid for but can't use the service where I am at, and yes it's the service cause my daughter has the same exact phone and with cricket and has no service here either when she comes to visit. I'm very disappointed in cricket after being a customer for over 4 years. I never considered switching service until I had no service. Somewhen they so no contract please beware that even if you pay for your phone outright they will not unlock until you had the phone for 6 months and customer service does not help.and all they can say is " I understand". Worse thing a customer service rep can say along with "no worries."
