      image I have been with T-Mobile a short time - only since they bought Sprint. I have to say the 2 times I have gone in the store the employees went way beyond my expectations! My most recent visit was last week in Dothan. Andrew Bolin probably provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He helped my family with a lot questions about the move from Sprint, new plans, phones, and a good bit more options. There were a few things he didnt know, such as when we would be forced to make changes to our old plan, but that was because he had not been provided the information. He did, however, give me several ideas of what I can do between now and then. I live near Dallas, TX and only head to Alabama once a year. If any of my mobile needs can wait I will definitely try to do all my business with him!

      image I walked in to talk to someone about switching from Verizon. There was only one rep available, and they were with another customer. In the 10 or so minutes I stood waiting, another rep popped out from the back, spoke to the customer being helped and disappeared through the same door they came from. No one spoke to me, so I left. Guess I'll be staying with Verizon. I don't like their prices, but their customer service has never been lacking.
