The people are very nice and work with you good, no complaints there, but website is complicated to use and you shouldn't be charged a fee to pay your bill online when it makes it easier for them, would proudly have given 5 stars if wasn't for the online complication and fees.

I had an issue. I called them and spoke with Gary. He got the issue fixed almost immediately. So thank you to Gary and thank you to the individual who came back and fixed it. I really appreciate it. So if you have this water company and you have an issue don't be afraid to call. They are very kind and will resolve it as soon as possible. Again thank you!
