I took my mother's phone to another location a few days ago to have some simple things done. Well they obviously didn't get done or I would not be been at this one today. Masks were required so that makes it harder to communicate, for me. I didn't get the young man's name but he did everything and more that wasn't done before. He was also a great guy, very friendly. I would recommend this place because of his service. I can't speak for the other employees. Hopefully they are the same

Just don't go in an hour before they close. The guy hurried through what I needed done, messed up and I have to go back tomorrow. Stuff happens!

Only reason I go to this 1 is because the taxes are cheaper. I need to know if they have a phone in a specific color in stock but they NEVER answer the phone!
