Terry and his guys were very professional. I had several issues that I needed fixed immediately. He helped to prioritize the things that needed to be done immediately. I had been through 4 different plumbers and several people came out to diagnose issues that we had and none of them were willing to totally repair our line until we met with Terry. He was prompt in getting back to us and the price was reasonable. I have not used another plumber since i met plumb right last year lol!!! Definitely recommend.
Also, let me say this, I don't know jack about plumbing but I have some common sense and when other plumbers explained to me how the planned to fix my problem I always knew their assessment was not correct when they talked about "patching" pipes. Terry took the time to explain the inner workings of what I was getting done and why I needed it done and offered cheaper alternatives that were also effective. Horrible service, owner is not professional, not professional and uses the cheapest parts possible! You’ve been warned, Terry is not very knowledgeable about plumbing and isn’t a good plumber overall

Terry is very polite and a nice person. But we paid $560 and ended up with a broken instant hot water heater that he then said was caused by a PRV valve. The heater worked up until the moment he took it out to replace the fixture. He then said that in order for him to keep his license he would not warranty the work until it was replaced. We basically paid him to break our heater which will cost $350 to replace. He did not install our air gap and did not tell us we didn't need it or he wasn't going to hook it up. I would not recommend hiring him.
Other items of concern:
- did not properly install soap dispenser
- scraped up new paint under sink
- took two full days and incomplete job
- said he could do the job then obviously couldn't do it
- expected full payment which we shouldn't have paid him at all
