Scheduling was easy. We did it via text message. They confirmed the appointment the day before via text and also texted when he was enroute to my house.
I had my hot and cold shut-off valves under my kitchen sink replaced. While he was here, he adjusted / inspected a couple small things in my bathroom.
He was referred to me by a neighbor. Professional behavior and polite.
I would use again.

Ive used Quality Plumbing Service numerous times at different homes Ive owned around Birmingham. Its hard finding someone you can trust to do repairs.
