First of all I dont want to say they havent done their job because my teeth are straighter and seem to be coming along as planned. Im excited to see the outcome. I do have a problem with the way things are handled during emergency situations where things might have broken. I am paying them a lot of money to be told I have to make an appointment at one allotted time to get something fixed or else wait another 2 weeks to be seen. Its ridiculous in my opinion especially when the area that broke (power chain) can be replaced in 2 minutes. I have a full time job that doesnt allow me to just take off work for my braces at whatever time. When this happens I have to get my bosses approval to leave at a certain time and that doesnt always match with the only appointment time they can give me. It would make more sense to have emergency walk ins accepted in this situation. I know other places allow it for broken brackets which takes a longer time to fix. I work in healthcare and I understand the overwhelming schedules that we have to see everyday. But it is doing a disservice to not accommodate those that have issues that need to be addressed so they can continue their progression/treatment that they are paying for, for your service.

Love the staff there. All so friendly and welcoming. The doctors are very accommodating and understanding. Couldn't ask for a better team to get the smile I've always wanted.

I had a great experience. Such a great service and the staff are so friendly and nice. The dentist was very honest and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
