      image I too had a negative experience with Carlissa earlier this year. I normally don’t use this branch but the one off Greenspring a was closed for some reason. I called and spoke with a young lady about my finances. We made an appointment and I showed up an hour late due to a meeting that ran over. I asked for the girl I spoke to on the phone and was told that the young lady was at lunch. I said that I don’t mind coming back because me and the young lady had a great conversation. Carlissa Cunningham said that she needs to help me instead. It was a very awkward interaction as I really just wanted to meet with the young lady I spoke on the phone with. Since I wasn’t given a choice, I began to speak with Carlissa. Carlissa kept being extremely Pushy and not 2 mins after me being at the counter she was starting a loan application. When I realized what she was doing I felt so uncomfortable that I immediately left. Not only did she try to steal a coworkers client but she also pushed a loan on me that I didn’t even need. I feel so awful for her coworkers. Wish I could leave ZERO STARS

      image I agree, Carlissa Cunningham should be fired. I’ve been a manager at a local bank for 20+ years and never have I heard a manager talk to her employees the way she does. What’s more, she does it in front of customers! It was horrific. Still debating on contacting corporate.
