I rented a heavy-duty roto-tiller on Saturday afternoon. Greg did a thorough job tutoring me on how to operate the machine. I used it Saturday and early Sunday morning, no problems. When I was attempting to load the machine onto the trailer Sunday afternoon (with no time to spare to get it back on time) it stalled and I couldn't get it back running again until after the deadline. I continued to have trouble getting it started & keeping it running throughout Sunday. Likely, I had the choke in the wrong place and was flooding it. In the end, due to work schedule and difficulty getting it started, I wasn't able to return it until early Tuesday morning. I called and explained to Greg my difficulties and he generously charged me for only one day. Despite the frustration -- probably user error -- a very satisfying experience overall, mainly due to Greg's reasonableness. Will certainly rent from them again when the need arises.
