The person was clearly not willing to attend customers. She was very rude and showed an attitude. When I asked for a receipt, she behaved, kinda rolled her eyes, when I said I always take the receipt she said thats not me but no big deal (with an attitude). I have been going there since 2022 and the receipt she created was not clear and when I said this is not what I have always been paying, she started counting my visits. What kinda behavior is this? She was throwing clothes on the floor.

After picking up, my clothes now have a foul odor. And unlike other cleaners, I think these guys are afraid to use heavy starch.

Customer service is fantastic. They did a wonderful job in cleaning my clothes. Clean, no wrinkles and hung neatly.

Ive tried this dry cleaners for about 9 months because the previous dry cleaner I used closed. The first time I went to drop clothes off, there was a very friendly and welcoming employee who took time to talk to me and ask me lots of questions. Well, fast forward to the last few months. When Ive taken clothes there lately, the employees (different than the lady I met first visit) have usually been on cell phones and continue their call when Im telling them my name and giving my clothes. I can overlook that but the last time I went, I told the girl that I had a stain on my cuff (she was on phone) and I couldnt tell if she heard me but she made eye contact with me when I said it so I just though she heard. I still dont know but I do know that the item was returned to me with the stain still on the cuff after a $30 charge (because it was a coat). I will find another dry cleaner with staff that actually acknowledges you when you was in the door and also listens to customers instead of talking on their phones.
