Every step of the process was thoroughly explained by Kim. My 2012 Mazda 5 is driving well and it is my hope l it will give me many more miles.

Great customer service. Very prompt, direct and honest with their communication and quotes. They were able to schedule me very quickly and performed the work in an extremely timely manner. Furthermore, they provided detailed documentation on the work performed, as well as the issues with the transmission which was replaced. They turned what was looking like a month or more of a headache with the dealership into less than a week. I will absolutely use this shop again for other automotive services, not just transmission work.

Clean shop. The work was done and done right. Replaced the brakes and rotors on our work van. Don't wait on repairs for something you use every day, so if it has to be done, bring it here. You won't be disappointed.

Kim and the team at Milex Mr. transmission were awesome! Hands-down the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. They did a great job setting my expectations as they did a thorough inspection of my car in their efforts to give me the best possible price for my repair. I highly recommend the team over at the Milex Mr. Transmission location on 119.

They installed a transmission for me but they did not do it correctly and now the whole transmission is leaking under the car from front to back of the car . Severe leakage . I took it back to them several times but non of the issues are resolved and I paid over 2600 dollars for the installation of the transmission which I bought
I am NOT happy with the end results and I am going to take my car to another mechanic to fix their mistakes in installing the transmission
I do NOT recommend this place
Today is 03/12/2024 and I am adding to my review .
I took the car to another repair shop and it looks that all seals on the transmission are leaking and the transmission fluid pan too . Moles Mr transmission did a very poor job on replacing the transmission and they did not check for any leaks and fix them and I am going to small claims court to get my money back of 2500 dollars

Mr. Matalka, You supplied a used transmission for your 1995 Mercedes. Installing a used transmission does not cause the transmission to leak. I advised you against purchasing a used transmission due to the age of the vehicle and the used transmission. As a courtesy to you, I replaced at no charge the rear transmission seal and transmission pan/gasket after installation on the used transmission you supplied. I have checked the used transmission you supplied two additional times for a shifting concern. We have found the used transmission you supplied shifting correctly. Mr. Matalka, I have went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service; however, it is apparent I cannot please someone who went against my recommendation and now regrets purchasing a 1995 used Mercedes transmission.
