I am writing this review on 1/6/2022
I had this company clean my septic tank about 5 years ago and they did an excellent job and at a reasonable price . I was very pleased. Today, Tim came out and replaced the wax seal and secured the toilet to the floor. He was very nice and professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be using them in the future , I'm sure. I highly recommend them.

They pumped my septic tank this morning. The guys were very professional and did an excellent job making sure they got all the solids out of the tank and inspected the overall condition of the tank. They did minimal digging and repaired my grass leaving little signs of any damage to my lawn. Great job at a reasonable cost.

We were so disappointed in the business ethics of this company. They did an inspection of our septic tank and produced a report stating that our baffle wall was more than halfway corroded and that the tank needed to be fully replaced a week prior to selling our house. After speaking with the inspector over the phone I got the impression that he was lying so we looked into some other options. We got a second opinion from Jefferson County and another septic company; both said that the baffle wall and tank were fine and that it did not need replacing.
This company almost cost us $4,500 that was completely unnecessary.

I called them when two hours past due. They said the truck broke down and they would not be able to come.
Believe it or not, I called them the next week to try again. This time, he said he would call me by 10 or 10:30 if he was running late. At 11:20 I decided to just call someone else.
Not very reliable to say the least!
