Worst service company I have ever dealt with ever, ever. I didn't choose them. Whirlpool requires them for my area. They came first day and spent 5 minutes and said that it is a very common problem with these microwaves. Of course he didn't bring the part. He said he would have to order it. It took nine days before they contacted me again and said the part was in. Then they scheduled me for the service four days later. They didn't show up at all for that one. Lisa said there was a problem with their schedule. Then they scheduled me again for eight days later for the 8-12 appt. I waited and waited. At 11:45 the service man called and said his help did not show up today and he could not do the repair work as scheduled. Why could he not tell me that at 8 AM and I would not have waited all day. I offered to help. He said No. So as usual they scheduled me again for eight days later. This has gone on close to a month now. I have a brand new Whirlpool Microwave purchased at Lowes that does not work. S and S is pathetic. If you can avoid, you better.
Make note that the owner makes a good reply and apologizes for everyone's issues. It all sounds great. However, the review system does not allow you to reply if the owner actually did anything to resolve the issue. Talk is cheap. They always told me they would resolve and never did anything. Just know that just because the owner talks a good story, very doubtful if they did anything.

I cannot say in enough words how frustrating it has been dealing with this company. I have been trying to get my microwave repaired since NOVEMBER 2022. A year and 5 months later and I'm still waiting.
The first tech that we worked with kept ordering the wrong part and made MULTIPLE trips to my house to pull it out of the wall to see that it was wrong. We started with a new tech back in October and haven't been able to get ahold of the proper channels since then. I called in January to check the status of the part ordered and was told it was on backorder. It showed up to my house a week later.
No matter how many times I call and leave voice messages or send a message request on the website, I cannot get a call back. If I could just replace the thing, I would, but it is a built in oven combo so that's out of the question.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
