The work done was decent but I was over charged for material and the service by the office assistant Erin was rude and dismissive.I had to call twice to just get an invoice. Would not recommend for that reason.

Klein completed the job we wanted them to do, and the actual work was satisfactory. However, the scheduler said the initial $95 trip charge to assess the situation would be applied against the bill which it was not. When Klein came back the second time to complete the repair they billed for travel time (in addition to the original trip charge). Overall, would not use Klein again because of their mis-communication, and in my opinion, unfair pricing issues.
