CONS: 1. They're nearby. They should have opened it someplace else, like some other country.
2. They consistently lose clothing.
3. I provided them with a half bottle of detergent and a half a bottle of fabric softener. I could tell by the smell of the clothes they didn't use fabric softener and nor did they return the bottles!
4. The clothes smelled burnt.
5. They overcharged by weight. For example, they charge for 12 pounds of clothes but even when you put the clothes on the scale in front of them. The load might only weigh 8 pounds (before and after washing) they said they're going to charge for 12 lb anyhow. Well, it shows they have good effort for an attempt at a different business model ("Customers Come Last" business model). It's quite okay for a business to charge a higher price but at least be honest about it!
