Their phone never works. You have to actually walk into their office just to schedule an appointment. I scheduled a root canal, only to sit in the waiting room for 35 minutes, just so they can tell me they would have to do my procedure another day.
Here comes another day, my next appointment, they had to reschedule me again because the procedure is too lengthy. The most unprofessional office ever.

Bad bad experience. Went there for a cleaning just for him to act like he about to clean my teeth then he tell me to schedule another appointment for a filling before I can get my teeth clean! And Charged my insurance for an X-ray! Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This man baby of a dentist is just so unprofessional I feel bad for staff its almost as if he speaks down to them. As a staff they also are super unorganized. His ego gets hurt very easily. God forbid you ask a couple questions he feels like youve done him wrong on knowing what youre paying for and what youre getting done. Anywho, I hope they get it together

I normally don't leave alot of negative reviews but recently it seems like there's no one that works the phone or front counter. I've called multiple times to schedule an appt and jus sat in the lobby for 10 mins for someone to come to the window but no one ever did. I'm not sure if they are short on staff or if it's something else but sadly I will have to find a different dentist office.
