I had reserved a truck in brewton, however, I was routed to this location as brewton did not have the truck I needed.
A man came to the door, I introduced myself and that I was there for a u-haul. I then dealt with a woman, who asked if I would be returning the truck to this location. I stated no, I would be returning it to brewton. She gave me keys with a "one way truck" keychain.
It was uncomfortable picking up the truck from this location, as I was standing in the living room of these people's home. Laundry was going, an audiobook was playing and it was awkward.
Later that day, I returned the truck to the brewton location and was done with it. This was Saturday.
It's now Monday. I received a call from the husband, asking when I was going to return the truck. I explained that I had returned it the same day to brewton, as I had told his wife. He told me if I did not return the truck, that I would be charged $400! And was very rude! It is their mistake, according to brewton and has been handled now. But POOR SERVICE from this location!
