      image I did not get the young lady or gentlemans name at the athens al location. They were great and very knowledgeable. I come in closer to closing time (everyone's worst nightmare) and they were kind and ready to help. We were there for about 45 min after closing, and with nothing but positive attitudes and great team work.

      image Useless, convoluted God awful company. Customer service is non-existent. The stores, like this one, are essentially useless. Use Verizon and Google.
